Ms. Mahoney is organizing the 2024 Princess Boutique. On March 16, Seniors in search of a free prom dress will be able to take a bus to Marlborough to look for prom dresses and gowns, shoes, accessories, make up, and even tailoring. The Colonel Chronicle asked Ms. Mahoney for some more information;
Q: How long should these students expect to be there?
A: Students will arrive to South at 7:45 for an 8 AM bus ride, they will return to South at noontime.
Q: About how many dresses and accessories are available?
A: There are hundreds of dresses (in all sizes) as well as hundreds of shoes and accessories (bags, earrings, jewelry).
Q: Could you please share some details about past boutiques and how they went?
A: Past boutiques have been great- all students have been able to find a dress and have had a great experience.
Q: What would you like to tell students who are curious about this opportunity?
A: I would tell students to come even if they are not sure about going to prom! We have a great time, and if you get a dress and you choose not to go to prom you can always donate it back to Andy’s Attic.
