Student athletes have opinions about how their season went – especially since the class of 2024 seniors are playing for their last time here at South. Fall sports are signing off, and winter sports are right around the corner. What are students doing to prepare? How are they feeling about the upcoming season? Let’s find out.
How did your overall season go?
“I think my season went well and could have been better. Much more to improve on throughout my high-school career.”
How do you feel about playing with the seniors one last time?
“I feel emotional because these seniors have been here with me since I was a freshman and it will be the last time we have a meaningful moment.”

“I want to get better and help lead my team to a state championship.”
How do you feel about playing one last time at South High?
“I feel grateful for having the type of team I have and the girls I get to play with one last time. The seniors that I get to finish my high school career off with are a great group of girls. It's going to be a sad season but I'll make it worth it and end with a bang. #lastride.”
