South High’s girls volleyball team held their first game September 4th, 2024! With the help of Luis Skerret, we got a peek into the mind of Sophia Leong, senior and Varsity captain of the team.
Despite the girl’s close 3-2 loss to Burncoat, the mentality and resilience of this team indicates a promising season ahead. As Leong puts it, “It’s not just one person on the court, it’s all six of you.”
